1. Secure Infrastructure and Platform Access
We utilize industry-leading CRM and dialing infrastructures (including GoHighLevel and ReadyMode) that employ advanced encryption standards.
Data Encryption: All data transmitted between your team and our systems is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.
Access Control: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly required for all administrative and management accounts within our infrastructure.

2. Specialized Call Center Agent Security
To eliminate data leakage, our remote and on-site B2B cold calling agents operate under strict corporate compliance:
- Zero-Export Environment: Agents are granted "View and Dial" access only. Our dialer configurations completely disable the ability to export, download, or screenshot client lead lists or phone numbers.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Every caller and specialist undergoes strict background vetting and signs a legally binding corporate NDA prior to handling any client campaign data.

3. Campaign Compliance and 10DLC Standards
Lead Genie Outsourcing is fully registered and compliant with US telemarketing standards, including The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC messaging.
Consent Protection: We do not buy, sell, or trade mobile opt-in data. Your marketing data belongs entirely to you and is used solely for your designated campaigns.
Opt-Out Maintenance: Our systems automatically maintain real-time "Do Not Call" (DNC) and "STOP" unsubscribe lists to help keep campaigns compliant with TCPA regulations.

4. Data Retention and Destruction
You retain 100% ownership of your lists and CRM data at all times.
Upon termination of a service agreement, or upon written client request, Lead Genie Outsourcing will permanently purge and securely destroy all associated client data from our active dialers and backup drives within 7 business days.

We continuously monitor our systems for unauthorized access or anomalies. In the highly unlikely event of a data security incident, Lead Genie Outsourcing will notify all affected clients within 24 hours and execute a rapid containment blueprint.
