Our guarantee

30 qualified seller appointments a month — or we keep dialing free.

We guarantee 30 qualified seller appointments a month. If we come up short, we keep dialing for you free until we hit 30.

A qualified appointment means the owner is on the phone, has a reason to sell, a timeline under 6 months, and is open to an offer. One that misses any of these, or has wrong contact details, is replaced.

  • 10,000 skip-traced records provided for every caller.
  • A caller who does not meet our quality standard is replaced.
  • Caller skill, training and 40-hour weeks — guaranteed in our Terms of Service.

Questions

What people ask first

What exactly do you guarantee?

We guarantee 30 qualified seller appointments a month. If we come up short, we keep dialing for you free until we hit 30. We also guarantee caller skill, training and working hours in our Terms of Service, and replace any caller who does not meet the standard at no extra onboarding cost.

How much does it cost?

Essential is $1,500 a month for one full-time caller. Combo is $1,400 per caller for two callers ($2,800 a month). Premium is $1,200 per caller for five or more. Every plan includes 10,000 skip-traced records per caller, list prep, qualification, recording review and your own LGO CRM portal.

What counts as a qualified lead?

You define it. Before launch we agree on the criteria — typically motivation, timeline, property condition and price expectations — and every opportunity is tagged and reviewed against that definition before delivery.

Who is responsible for calling compliance?

Both sides have a role. You are responsible for making sure the lists you provide comply with laws such as the TCPA and Do Not Call rules. We maintain do-not-call and opt-out lists inside the campaigns we run. If you are unsure about your obligations, speak with a qualified attorney.
