How it works

From your criteria to a qualified lead in your CRM.

Seven steps, each one visible to you. You approve the script, the callers and the calling windows before anything goes live — and you can review the recordings afterward.

Getting started

Four steps to your first leads.

  1. 01

    Get your free lead plan

A 30-minute call about your market, buy box and goals. You leave with a plan either way.

  2. 02

We build your list & script

Data pulled, skip traced and scrubbed. Scripts written around your criteria.

  3. 03

    Approve your caller

Hear voice samples and sign off on who represents you. Usually about a week.

  4. 04

    Leads start arriving

Qualified, reviewed leads and appointments land in your CRM — with notes.

Every lead

The seven steps behind each lead.

  1. Step 1: Learn your market and criteria

We start with where you buy, what you buy, and what a worthwhile seller conversation looks like to you. That definition drives every step after it.

Buy box, target areas, property types, price range, the questions you always ask, and the ones that end a call.

  2. Step 2: Prepare the data

Lists are pulled or cleaned, skip traced, deduplicated and scrubbed against do-not-call and opt-out records before anyone dials.

Clean data protects your callers’ time and your compliance. You stay responsible for how your data is sourced; we keep it organized.

  3. Step 3: Launch approved outreach

Callers work the campaign with scripts and hours you have signed off on. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

You hear voice samples before a caller is assigned, and you approve the script and calling windows.

  4. Step 4: Qualify every conversation

Callers capture motivation, timeline, condition and price expectations — measured against your criteria, not a generic checklist.

Owners who are only curious about a number are noted as such, not dressed up as hot leads.

  5. Step 5: Review before delivery

Opportunities are checked against the recording and notes before they reach you. “Not interested” calls get a second look too.

Quality review is where weak leads are caught — and where missed opportunities are sometimes found.

  6. Step 6: Deliver through your system

Leads and appointments land where you work — your CRM, calendar or inbox — with the notes and next step attached.

Every lead lands in your own LGO CRM portal the moment it’s qualified — with status tracking, reminders, one-tap calling and BoldSign contracts built in.

  7. Step 7: Follow up and improve

Reporting shows activity and outcomes. We adjust lists, scripts and timing with you, and support follow-up on leads that need more time.

Your feedback on delivered leads is the fastest way to raise quality. We ask for it on purpose.

Clear responsibilities

We run the operation. You run the deal.

Being clear about who controls what keeps expectations honest. LGO is accountable for the work below on the left. The decisions on the right stay with you — and they have the biggest effect on whether a lead becomes a closing.

What LGO runs

  • Data preparation and list hygiene
  • Calling activity and outreach hours
  • Qualification against your criteria
  • Appointment setting
  • Quality review of calls and notes
  • Reporting and campaign adjustments
  • Follow-up systems we run for you

What stays with you

  • The offers you make
  • How and when you follow up
  • Negotiations and contract terms
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Whether a deal closes

Step 06 in detail

What actually lands in your CRM.

A delivered lead is more than a name and a number. Open the sample to see the fields your team receives — motivation, timeline, price expectations, condition and the agreed next step.

Reporting

What a weekly report should tell you.

Reports are agreed with you up front. These are the areas most campaigns track.

  • Activity

Dials, connected conversations and hours worked

  • Outcomes

Hot, warm and follow-up leads, with the reason for each tag

  • Appointments

    Booked, held, rescheduled and no-shows

  • Quality notes

What review caught, and which “not interested” calls deserved another look

  • List health

Wrong numbers, disconnected lines and opt-outs

  • Adjustments

What we suggest changing in the list, script or calling windows

Timing

What the first weeks look like.

Staffing a dedicated caller usually takes about a week: screening, voice samples and your approval. Data preparation and script sign-off happen in parallel, so the campaign can start as soon as the caller is approved. We confirm a realistic date on the strategy call.

Next step

Tell us where you buy and what you want off your plate.

Share your market, your criteria, and the parts of prospecting you would rather not run yourself. We will walk you through the most practical next step — even if that step is not us.
