This Privacy Policy explains what information Lead Genie Outsourcing LLC (“Lead Genie Outsourcing”, “LGO”, “we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a free lead plan or send us your details, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, role, target market, the service you are interested in, and any optional details such as your current lead-generation method, buy-box criteria, preferred contact method and preferred meeting time. We do not ask for passwords, Social Security numbers or banking details through this website.
Job applications
If you apply for a job through our Careers page, we collect your name, email address, the role you are applying for, your experience, your answers to our questions, your preferred interview day and time, your time zone, and the link to the voice recording you created on Vocaroo (a third-party service with its own privacy policy). We use this only to review your application and contact you about it, and we keep it only as long as needed for hiring.
Client portal accounts
If you create a client account, we store your name, company, email, phone number, target market and a securely hashed password, together with your plan, billing status and the leads, notes, tasks and complaints in your CRM. For account security we also keep a history of sign-ups and sign-ins (date, device type and IP address). If you connect BoldSign, your API key is stored encrypted and used only to send contracts you request. Payments are processed by Stripe: card details are entered on Stripe’s secure pages and are never stored on our servers; we receive only payment status, invoice amounts and dates.
Information collected automatically
This website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We run our own privacy-friendly website analytics to understand how the site is used: the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long a page stays open, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and your general device type, browser and country. We do not store your IP address; visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you across days or across other websites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not collect this information at all.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for your consultation, and communicate with you about our services using the contact methods you agreed to.
Text messages (SMS)
What we send: confirmations and reminders for the call you booked, and replies and follow-ups about your request or your account. Our text message program is called Lead Genie Outsourcing Alerts.
How you opt in: by ticking the text message (SMS) box on our forms or booking page. The box is optional and never ticked for you, and consent is not a condition of purchase. We keep a record of your choice and when you made it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing
We do not sell the personal information you submit through this website. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, such as FormSubmit (which emails us a copy of contact-form submissions; the original is stored securely on our own server), Calendly (if you book a call through it), Stripe (which processes payments) and Twilio (which delivers our text and WhatsApp messages). These providers may use it only to provide their service to us.
The sharing described in this section excludes SMS opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third parties.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. Client campaign data is covered separately by our Data Security Policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@leadgenieoutsourcing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
